The Human Resources Department has stepped up its efforts in talent research and connected with Yancheng universities and colleges. Finally, it reached an agreement with Jiangsu Dafeng Secondary Vocational College on relevant school-enterprise cooperation.

  On December 1, 2022, about 20 CNC major students from Jiangsu Dafeng Secondary Vocational and Technical School came to the company to participate in internships.

  In order to ensure the quality of internship, the Human Resources Department has formulated a detailed internship work plan in combination with the actual situation of the company. In the stage, the company's Human Resources Department introduced the company's development history, vision, mission, values, corporate culture, and employee handbook in detail to help trainees quickly integrate into the company. In the second stage, the Safety Department introduced the company's safety culture, safety operating procedures and precautions, and organized a fire equipment drill to enhance the safety awareness of trainees during internships. In the third stage, the Production Center introduced departmental rules and regulations, job operating procedures, job safety operating procedures, etc., to guide trainees to familiarize themselves with the various work of the department as soon as possible. After the training, the Human Resources Department conducted a unified test on the trainees. All trainees achieved results in the test. They said that from training and learning to on-site drills, they not only broadened their horizons, but also combined theory with practice, applied what they learned, and benefited a lot.
