Pay tribute to those who persevere in high temperatures. Dai Yong, the mayor of Dafeng District, Yancheng City, led a team to visit the front-line workers of KOTA Technology

"It's the dog days of summer, and the weather is hot as soup." The dog days of summer are the hottest season in my country, and there are high temperature warnings every day. But even in the hot summer, the front-line workers of KOTA Technology are still in the workshop shrouded in 39-degree high temperature, using sweat and perseverance to ensure the production progress of the company, interpreting responsibility and commitment, and silently contributing KOTA's strength to Dafeng's economic construction.

In the workshop, the workers are wearing heavy work clothes, sweat sliding down their cheeks and soaking their backs, but their eyes are firm and persistent, operating advanced digital and intelligent equipment to ensure that every process is in the state; the welders bend over and arch their backs, drilling into the hot large rollers, sparks flying, sweating like rain. With the smooth progress of the project, the situation of KOTA Technology's booming production and sales is exciting, and every drop of sweat is the interpretation of their serious and responsible attitude towards work.

On the morning of August 1, 2024, Dai Yong, the mayor of Dafeng District, Yancheng City, led a team to the grassroots level of KOTA Technology Workshop to visit and comfort the busy workers. In Workshop No. 4, District Chief Dai had a cordial conversation with the workers, asking about the intensity of work, working environment, difficulties, etc. He also learned in detail about KOTA Technology's production and operation and the implementation measures for heatstroke prevention and cooling.

District Chief Dai said, "Thank you to the on-the-job workers of KOTA Technology for not fearing the high temperature and scorching heat, sticking to their posts, and contributing to the economic and social development of Dafeng." As a "star" enterprise in Dafeng, KOTA Technology is also an important part of Dafeng's industrial map. Development zones and enterprises must serve front-line workers with heart and affection, eliminate high-temperature safety hazards, create better working conditions for them, and ensure the orderly production and operation of enterprises.

Afterwards, on behalf of the district government and trade union organizations, towels, floral water, Huoxiang Zhengqi water, shampoo and other cool heatstroke prevention and cooling materials were delivered to the on-the-job workers. District Chief Dai pointed out that the current high temperature weather will continue, and enterprises must resolutely adhere to the bottom line of safe production, reasonably arrange work tasks and work and rest time, prepare enough heatstroke prevention and cooling materials, and do their to ensure the safety of employees through the summer.
