Recently, in order to further focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement and improve management and control capabilities, the company has organized a training course on "Enterprise Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement Comprehensive Production Cost Control Training". The course was taught by Mr. Zhong Jie, a senior cost control expert who has teaching experience in well-known domestic companies such as Dongfeng Motor, Geely Automobile, Foxconn, General Electric, and Xuzhou Heavy Industry, and a special lecturer of the Tsinghua University President Class.
The training was held in the training room on the second floor of KOTA Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. A total of 36 people, including mid-level and above managers and technical backbones of departments from KOTA Technology headquarters and branches and subsidiaries, participated in the training.

After the systematic learning, Mr. Zhong Jie organized the trainees to interact by playing the "Paradise Factory Sand Table Exercise", aiming to enhance employees' awareness and practical operational capabilities of reducing costs and improving efficiency by simulating a real production management environment.
In this training, a trainee said: In the sandbox exercise, I played the role of a person in charge of the production department, and faced the problem of how to accept as many orders as possible within a month to arrange production and obtain the profit. To obtain the profit, it is not simply to accept large orders blindly, but to reasonably arrange order acceptance, planning and production through scientific management under the premise of ensuring production efficiency and product quality. For example, to consider maintaining customer relationships, every customer's order must be accepted. The key to the production capacity of an enterprise lies in the key nodes in the process. The maximization of profits lies in dispatching orders on the premise of meeting the customer's delivery date . Accepting new orders every day will only cause work orders to pile up in front of the key process, and ultimately fail to deliver on time. Through the sandbox exercise, I realized the key role of production and sales coordination in production management. Production and sales coordination is not only the basis for ensuring the smooth progress of production, but also an important means to achieve cost control and efficiency improvement. We need to pay close attention to market trends and customer needs, and adjust production plans and product strategies in a timely manner to ensure that products can be delivered on time and meet customer needs. Customer-centricity and continuous improvement of customer service satisfaction are the magic weapon for the long-term prosperity of an enterprise.
