KOTA Technology's elite manager training class begins

On February 28, 2022, in order to strengthen the management concepts of the company's supervisors, effectively improve the management level of supervisors, and meet the company's management needs for doubling its production capacity, KOTA Technology's supervisor-level elite training class in 2022 was officially opened. Managers at or above the supervisor level from all units and departments of the company and recommended reserve cadres participated in this training class.

　　In the training class of the phase of the training course, the training teacher focused on explaining the company's concept of "respecting heaven and loving people, striving for what one wants" to all the trainees. The concept of "respecting heaven and loving people, striving for what one wants" contains 21 elements, among which respecting heaven means respecting the way of heaven, respecting customers, respecting responsibilities, respecting systems, respecting data, and respecting parents; loving people means caring for employees, colleagues, respecting superiors, partners, and friends; striving means working hard, working efficiently, fighting against difficulties, striving for family, and striving for dreams; and seeking means seeking profits, wages, promotions, honors, and happiness.

　　After the explanation, the trainees discussed in groups. After intense group discussions, each group recommended 8 trainee representatives to make group summary speeches. The representatives shared the application cases of corporate culture in daily work and expressed that they would apply what they learned in their future work, thoroughly implement the cultural concept of "respecting heaven and loving people, striving for success", care for colleagues, unite and cooperate, and continue to strive. Finally, the training came to a successful conclusion with the teachers and trainees saying "good! Very good! Tomorrow will be better" and wishing KOTA a better tomorrow!
